Sobotec is proud to partner with FRAM + Slokker along with Knightstone Capital Management on the new McMaster Graduate Residence. The 300,000 ft2, 30 Story residence designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects will focus on health and wellness and includes a fitness centre, yoga, and musical instrument jamming spaces, green roofs with an outdoor running track, BBQ area and lounge spaces, beautiful event spaces with communal kitchens and study or meeting spaces.

Sobotec will be providing the full window wall and integrated aluminum plate panel façade along with other areas of field-installed aluminum plate panels and siding.

The McMaster University Graduate Residence is scheduled to start construction in 2021 and has a completion date of 2023
