Our designs primarily utilize natural metals, high pressure laminates and aluminum composite sheet materials in conjunction with extruded aluminum profiles fabricated into sophisticated wall systems. These systems are designed for application on various building types and are featured on many well-known stadiums, airports, universities and high-rise buildings throughout North America.

• University Degree or College Diploma is preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Confidence in decision making and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer skills – Excel, Word and custom company software.

• Research, select and purchase materials relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Ensure optimum quality, pricing and delivery of materials and services.
• Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of regular stock items.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Inventory and Maintenance teams.
• Resolve vendor product quality issues.
• Review packing lists to confirm accuracy against purchase orders, receive material to inventory and manage paperwork for invoice approval procedure.
• Various administrative duties and additional responsibilities to meet business needs.
